and is currently a senior at St. Edward's majoring in computer

Joshua Alcantar is a junior accounting major at St. Edward's. He tutors accounting and math. Josh was a College Assistance Migrant Program Scholar and a recipient of the Mitte Scholarship; he has been on the Dean's list every semester. |

He received a B.S. in science from Notre Dame University and Masters in Education from Immaculate Heart College. Brother Keric tutors basic math, math for liberal arts, and college algebra. |

Arthur DiBianca , a former computer game programmer, tutors mathematics and introductory economics. He also writes children's stories and performs with the Gilbert and Sullivan Society. |

| Carol Ellison tutors Spanish and writing. She majored in Spanish and Plan II at UT Austin. Carol spent her senior year of college in Madrid, where she fell in love with Spanish. She has taught college-level Spanish and English as a Second Language, and brings over seven years of tutoring experience to St. Edward's. |

Luz Hinojosa graduated magna cum laude from the St. Edward's Honors Program in December 2003 with degrees in political science and English writing and rhetoric. She tutors writing and Spanish. Luz was a College Assistance Migrant Program Scholar and also received the prestigious Presidential Award. |

| Kevin Mackie tutors writing and French. She has a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Texas at Austin, and a master's degree in English from Texas State University (formerly Southwest Texas State University). Kevin brings to St. Edward's over ten years of tutoring experience and experience teaching English as a Second Language, including four years teaching at the Cours Georges V in Paris. |

Cathy Mas tutors writing. Cathy graduated from St. Edward's in May of 2004 with a major in English writing and rhetoric and a minor in communications. In fall 2003, she served as a Freshman Studies intern. |

| Gregory Penn tutors math, chemistry, biology, and computer science. Gregory has a BA in photocommunications from St. Edward's. He is currently taking science courses to complete the prerequisites for graduate study in evolutionary biology. |

statistics at St. Edward's. He graduated from UT Austin
in 2004 with degrees in math and psychology. In the
summer of 2004, E04/18/2005 for Undergraduates program. Eric has also worked as
a tutor/mentor at Reagan High School, where he assisted students
with college and career exploration and provided academic support
for math, physics, and chemistry. |

Cheryl Farmer
is the Tutoring Services Coordinator.
She studied Mathematics and Liberal Arts at the University of Texas at Austin and l'Universite de Poitiers, France.
After attending graduate school in Mathematics at the University of Texas at Austin, she worked as an environmental consultant before returning to higher education. She is currently pursuing my Master of Business Administration at St. Edward's University. Outside of work she enjoys hiking, camping, reading, travelling, gardening, practicing yoga and doing ceramics.
