Staff Information on the Web at https://admin.stedwards.edu/cgi-bin/staff/frame.cgi is the location for staff to access the following services:

• Computer Work Requests. These are requests to Computer Services for changes to the CARS/Jenzabar-CX system or for the development of new features or reports.
• Course Catalog and Alpha Course Listing
• EdShare Information. From here you can check on how much of your EdShare quota is being used and if you supervise employees or students how much of their EdShare quota is being used. You may also set up shared space on EdShare for a cross-departmental or faculty/student group thought Maintain Shares. For more information on EdShare see the EdShare support site.
• Forward E-mail. If you need to forward your St. Edward's e-mail to another account that you check you may do so here.
• Horizon Submission. Submit an article to St. Edward's daily faculty/staff newsletter.
• Leave Balances. Check your (and any employees you supervise) vacation and sick time.
• Mailing List Options. Subscribe or unsubscribe to specific St. Edward's email lists. See E-Newsletters for more information.
• Password Change/Refresh. Use this link to change your admin.stedwards.edu password. Changing your password here will also change it for e-mail, EdWeb, Blackboard, CorporateTime, CARS.
• Physical Plant Work Order. Use this form to submit a request for work from the Physcial Plant. You will receive an email confirmation when the work order has been received.
• Student Directory Information. This option returns basic e-mail/phone/address information for students for whom you have permission.
• Student Job Posting. Use this form to post an available student position. Students see the jobs you post through the student EdWeb site.
• System Status (Current or History). Check out the status of the network and servers on campus.
• Subscribe to Student Aliases. Faculty or staff may subscribe to specific student email lists to observe the volume and content of email sent to specific groups from the St. Edward's community. Only faculty and staff who have permission to use Restricted Aliases may send email to any of these lists.
