To access EdShare from on campus
you must login to the server using your account login information.
This should be the same as your EdWeb login name and password.
If you cannot login, you may need to refresh your password using
EdWeb. Click here for instructions
on how to change/refresh your password.
- At startup you will get an "Enter Network Password" window.
- At the login screen, enter your login name and password.
The domain should be STEDS.
The login window should look similar to this:
Once you login, your desktop should appear. To access your Edshare
drives, go to My Computer. Your home and shared
drives should be mounted there. Your Home drive or personal EdShare
folder will always be mapped to drive (S:). Your shared or department
folder will always be mapped to drive (T:). To access either of
these, double click on the drive icon.
Your Edshare Network drives should appear in My Computer and look similar to
this:
