| All benefits elegible St. Edward's
University staff and non-adjunct faculty receive a Corporate
Time account. To request a CorporateTime account for a student
worker submit an Admin
Account Request Form. Corporate Time allows
you to keep track of your own activities as well as the activities
of a group. You can make appointments, plan group meeting, manage
group resources such as conference rooms, and manage another
person's agenda. It should be installed on all faculty and staff
computers on campus.
The web version of CorporateTime is available from any Internet
Service Provider. Designate rights are not available
from the web version.
To access Calendar from off campus
1. Open a web browser and go to the address http://webcalendar.stedwards.edu
2. Enter your User Name. Your user name is the
same as the one used for EdWeb for Faculty and Staff Information on the Web.
3. Enter your Password: Your password will be
the same as your admin password (the password
you use for St. Edward's email and logging into the
CARS system). When you change your admin
password, your password for CorporateTime
Calendar will automatically change
to match that password.
4. Click on Sign in.
Scheduling a meeting from the web version
1. From the web menu 
Click on the Schedule Meeting icon 
2. Enter the title, location, date and time of your meeting.
3. To add people to your meeting click on the People & Resources
tab. Enter the name of the person or group you wish to invite
and click on Find.
4. Click on the Create button at the bottom of the window to
schedule your meeting.
