Campus Escort

The St. Edward's University Police Department provides on campus escorts for students, faculty and staff who don’t feel safe walking alone — at night, or when circumstances exist that make walking alone unsafe. Students needing assistance who are injured or disabled should contact disability services at 448-8561. Faculty and staff who are injured or disabled should call Human Resources at 448-8540.”

Lost & Found

The University Police is the central location for all lost and found items that are turned in. Temporary locations are the Library, Ragsdale Center, and Moody Hall 212. The three locations keep items for a few days and any item not claimed are sent to the University Police. If an item has a name we try to contact that person by email or phone. Items are held by the University Police Department for 30 days. Please claim lost items as soon as you discover they are missing.

Vehicle Jump Start

Vehicle won't start? Need a jump? No problem! As long as you are on campus, we can jump start your vehicle for free. Once you call the University Police, an officer will be dispatched to your location and proceed with the jump start. You will be asked to present a current St. Edward's University I.D. or a Driver's License.

Remember, these services are free to students, faculty and staff as long as you are on campus. If you need any of these services please contact us at 448- 8444 or campus extension 8444.
