| STAFF
Residence hall staff, apartment staff and
hall/apartment government leaders play a critical role in
community building, role modeling, adjustment issues, crisis
intervention, behavioral counseling, and linking students
to other University programs. Professional and paraprofessional
staff receive extensive and ongoing training and supervision
in student development issues. Staff work closely with many
University departments to provide support to on-campus students,
including Psychological Services, the Health Center, Dining
services, the Physical Plant, and Public Safety.
